Halloween is right around the corner, and we’ve got the list of the top 10 scariest movies ever.

Says who?

The people who make them.

HitFlix surveyed some directors and producers of horror films to find out what scares them.

“The Exorcist” topped the list.

“The Shining,” “Texas Chainsaw Massacre,” “Rosemary's Baby,” “Alien,” “The Thing,” “Halloween,” “Psycho,” “Night of the Living Dead” and “Jaws” complete the top 10.

But they have lots more.
