I-20 construction: One EB lane in DeKalb still closed

One left eastbound lane of I-20 at Turner Hill Road in DeKalb County remained closed because of construction in the area.

At one point, two of the three lanes were closed, creating 8-mile traffic backups and hour-long delays, according to a message on the Georgia Department of Transportation's website .
