Boat sinks hopes of quick I-285 commute

There won't be any sailing down I-285 during Tuesday afternoon's commute.
A boat in the interstate has shut down most northbound lanes before Chamblee Tucker Road.
Three of the four lanes are blocked, according to the Georgia Department of Transportation website .
The estimated clearance time is 3:59 p.m., according to the website.
