Police have charged a 34-year-old Tucker man in a killing outside a Norcross-area apartment complex early Sunday.

Marvin Motino has been charged with murder and aggravated assault in the fatal shooting of Marlon Hernandez, Gwinnett County police Cpl. Michele Pihera said in a news release. Motino is in Gwinnett County Jail.

Hernandez was found shot multiple times outside the Sienna Heights Apartments on Graves Road at about 2 a.m. He died after being taken to Gwinnett Medical Center.
