Gov. Nathan Deal doesn't expect to sign an emergency order in response to Friday morning's I-285 plane crash and the horrific commute expected this afternoon.

Deal has told state agency leaders that they can release employees from work early.

The crash is being investigated by the National Transportation Safety Board.
