A major metro Atlanta interstate has reopened, hours after a small plane crash killed four people and shut down both directions of I-285 at Peachtree Industrial Boulevard.

Eastbound lanes reopened just after 3 p.m. Friday, according to Channel 2 Action News. Westbound lanes of I-285 reopened earlier in the day.
