How the game was won: Dontavious Buford scored on a 34-yard touchdown run in the third quarter as Worth County coasted to a road victory. Locust Grove, who was seconds away from a region title and an undefeated regular season, finished the season at 9-2. Worth County faces defending state champion Buford in the second round.

Top performers: Worth County running back Chris McDaniel had over 150 yards rushing in the first half alone, while also catching a 24-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Gerome Williams.
