How the game was won: Twiggs County held on late and pulled of the upset at home against Wilkinson County The Cobras clinged to a 14-12 lead going into the final quarter and were waiting to strike. Quarterback Calvin Stephens connected with Robert Cornelius on a 42 yard strike with 10 minutes left to push the lead to 20-12 after a failed 2-point conversion. Wilkinson forced Twiggs into a safety to trim the lead but then turned the ball over on downs with 1:50 left in the game to allow Twiggs County to hold on.

Top Performers: Ja'Mon Height scored on runs of one and eight yards. ... Cornelius added the 42 yard reception. .. Jamoris Smith scored a crucial two-point conversion attempt. ... Christian Burney scored on a reception from Tylan Gable. ... Tyrique Ford added a 13-yard rush for a touchdown.
