Grayson became only the seventh school since 2000, when it opened, to have three victories over No. 1-ranked teams from its own classification with last week's win over Marietta. Grayson also defeated No. 1 teams Archer in 2015 and Lowndes in 2008. With a minimum of four games played, only Calhoun and Grayson have winning records against No. 1 teams from their classifications this century.
