The first round produced 18 upsets, according to the computer Maxwell Ratings. That's out of 112 games. The two biggest upsets were delivered by Class A teams Brookstone and Chattahoochee County, each pegged as underdogs of more than 25 points. Below are the 18 upsets. The number in parentheses is the projected margin of defeat of the eventual winner.
