How the game was won: Houston County dominated both sides of the football and capitalized on Cross Creek's first half miscues to build a 41-0 lead at intermission after Alex Sanders, Keshawn Johnson and Myron Jacobs each intercepted Cross Creek passes.

Top Performers: Houston County quarterback Jake Fromm led the way, passing for 306 yards on 26 attempts in the first half. ... Chris Brinson scored on a five yard pass, a 17 yard run, and ran in a goal line touchdown. ... Eli Watson completed a 38 yard touchdown pass. ... Myron Jacobs picked up a backwards pass that resulted in a 2-yard interception return. ... Fromm connected with Jaylen Searcy on an 81 yard pass for a touchdown. ... John David Ferraris kicked a 25 yard field goal. ... Alex Sanders and Keyshawn Johnson both had inteceptions in the romp.
