GHSF Daily asked Georgia head coaches to answer these four questions. We'll report from a different head coach each day.

Bradley Webber, Pike County

1. Who is/was the most influential person in your coaching career? "My dad, Charles Webber. As an Air Force-trained fighter pilot, he understood the importance of discipline and work ethic. Made me do things right. If it wasn't right, he would send me back out and do it again. As well as the importance of being on time and doing what you said you were gonna do."

2. Who is the best Georgia player you ever faced? "DeEric Bell of Jackson High School. We faced him the last two years. He could do it all. RB converted to QB. A run-throw threat. He also ran back kickoffs and punts. All-region all-athlete last year."

3. What is the best team you ever faced as a coach? "Washington County 2012. Faced them first round of the playoffs. Big, strong, fast at every position. Very well-coached as well."

4. If you were Gary Phillips, the new head of the GHSA, what would be the first rule that you would try to change? "I would change the six-quarter rule. Allow JV players to play more quarters. In blowout games they should be able to come in and play and have a full amount of quarters. I don't think people are stacking their JV teams with varsity players to win. Would give us a better chance to develop players and not run scores up."
