GHSF Daily asked Georgia head coaches to answer these four questions. We'll report from a different head coach each day.

Von Lassiter, Houston County

1. Who is/was the most influential person in your coaching career? "Conrad Nix at Northside [Warner Robins]. He taught me the ins and outs of running a football program. He taught me how to coach kids extremely hard, hold them accountable and show them how to be a man of God."

2. Who is the best Georgia player you ever faced? "Greg Reid, Lowndes, 2008. He was a dynamic player on both sides of the ball and on special teams."

3. What is the best team you ever faced as a coach? "Camden County, 2008. Very disciplined and physical with lots of team speed."

4. If you were Gary Phillips, the new head of the GHSA, what would be the first rule that you would try to change? "Mandatory 25-second clock in stadiums."
