GHSF Daily asked Georgia head coaches to answer these four questions. We'll report from a different head coach each day.

Jarrett Laws, Griffin

1. Who is/was the most influential person in your coaching career? "Fred Lee Morrell, my rec-league coach in Daytona Beach, Fla. He taught me how a personal relationship with your players is the most significant factor in team success."

2. Who is the best Georgia player you ever faced? "Donquell 'Gator' Green in 2011 while head coach at Drew in the first round vs. Burke County. He affected the game at five different positions."

3. What is the best team you ever faced as a coach? "The 2007 Northside Warner Robins squad. They were complete at each position. And their chemistry was undeniable."

4. If you were Gary Phillips, the new head of the GHSA, what would be the first rule that you would try to change? "No rules changes."
