How the game was won: Etowah's Tyray Devezin rushed for a 7-yard touchdown in the third quarter and a 10-yard score in the fourth to keep the visiting Eagles on top. Each score extended Etowah's lead to 15 points. After trailing 6-2 in the first quarter, Etowah scored 20 straight points in the second on the strength of a 27-yard touchdown pass from Patrick Ferris to Blake Jones and a 21-yard interception return for a score by Collin Mitchell.

Top performers: Devezin had a game-high 243 yards and two scores on 23 rushes. … Ferris was 9-for-14 passing for 190 yards and the touchdown to Jones, who also had an interception on defense. … Jackson Sisk led the Eagles with 96 yards receiving on three catches. … Etowah's Cameron Allen was 2-for-3 on field goals, hitting from 42 and 28 in the second quarter.
