Which school has won the most playoff games without reaching a state championship game? Hint: This school has added to its record total this season. (Answer Friday)

Answer to Wednesday's question: Grayson in 2011 is the only school in the past 25 years to win a state title with the only coach it had ever known to that point. Mickey Conn has been Grayson's coach since the school opened in 2000. The most recent example before that was Dwight Hochstetler at Greenville in 1980 and 1984, although there is evidence of pre-World War II football being played at Greenville before the modern program was begun in 1978. Redan won a state title under its first coach, Steve Shankweiler, in 1979.
