Kyle Banks of North Paulding threatened the state record of Lee County's Justin Walker last week with his 560-yard passing game against Harrison. Walker threw for 595 yards against Warner Robins on Nov. 4, 2010. Walker played two seasons at West Georgia, then decided to give up football to focus on academics. He is scheduled to graduate this spring, according to Lee County coach Dean Fabrizio. Here are the best single-game passing performances in state history, according to the Georgia High School Football Historians Association.
