Aquinas 44, Our Lady of Mercy 20: Ruben Garnett paced Aquinas to a dominant first half and a rout of visiting Our Lady of Mercy. Prior to intermission, Garnett rushed for 167 yards and two touchdowns. The Fighting Irish, who led 27-7 after the opening quarter, also got 206 passing yards and two touchdowns from Liam Welch. Justin Gibbs hauled in an 80-yard touchdown pass from Welch to begin the game's scoring as Aquinas extended its winning streak dating back to last year to 17.

Mount Pisgah 28, Eagle’s Landing Christian 21: Aaron Winchester completed 10 of 16 passes for 181 yards and two touchdowns to lead Mount Pisgah past visiting Eagle’s Landing Christian. Winchester also rushed 111 yards while scoring from five yards away in the fourth quarter and from 34 yards out in the fourth. Eagle’s Landing Christian scored one play after blocking a punt late in the final quarter to get within seven points and also recovered the ensuing onside kick. The Chargers’ final drive, however, stalled inside the Patriots’ 20-yard line. Jordan Scott and Jacob Greene had touchdown catches for Mount Pisgah.
