Gene Wilder movies return to theaters this weekend

Two of the late Gene Wilder's most beloved movies, "Blazing Saddles" and "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory," will be shown at AMC theaters this weekend as a tribute to the comic genius, who died from complications of Alzheimer's disease. Tickets for the special screenings are $5 each.

"In honor of the life and incredible career of the late Gene Wilder, AMC Theatres worked with the Warner Bros. distribution team to bring two of Mr. Wilder’s most popular films back to the big screen," the theater chain said in a statement posted to Business Wire.
