When/where: 8 p.m. today, FedEx Forum
TV: Fox Sports Southeast
Stream: Fox Sports Go
Radio: 92.9 The Game
Injuries: Hawks—Dewayne Dedmon (leg) and Mike Muscala (ankle) are out; Luke Babbitt (back) and John Collins (shoulder) are probable.
Grizzlies—Mike Conley (Achilles), Wayne Selden Jr. (quad) and Brandan Wright (groin) are out; Tyreke Evans (hip) is questionable; Chandler Parsons (back) is probable.
What to watch for: The Hawks (6-22) have the worst record in the NBA after they lost three in a row and the Bulls (7-20) won four straight. John Collins returned to play against the Pistons last night after missing six games.
Before the season, the Grizzlies were considered a fringe playoff contender in the West. They seemed well on their way after a 5-1 start that included victories over the Rockets (twice) and Warriors, but the Grizzlies have collapsed since then with losses in 19 of 22 games. The team fired coach David Fizdale, with reports Marc Gasol was behind the move, but the star center said he doesn't want out of Memphis.
