FLOWERY BRANCH -- Falcons coach Dan Quinn spoke to the media on Monday.

He opened with a discussion of the team's poor play on third downs against Minnesota. The Falcons were 1 of 10 on third downs.

Quinn cited Devonta Freeman's 25-yard run that was called back. The holding by Alex Mack turned and third-and-8 into a third-and-12. He pointed out his frustrations with a third-and-12, -13 and -17.

He also announced that cornerback Desmond Trufant has been cleared from the concussion protocol and was set to practice today.
