Delta Air Lines will fly both the Atlanta Falcons and the New England Patriots to the Super Bowl, after flying the two teams as their chartered carrier all season.

Atlanta-based Delta is a major charter carrier for NFL teams and other professional and collegiate sports teams.

For fans headed to the Super Bowl, the airline is also adding six additional flights from Atlanta to Houston's George Bush InterContinental Airport on Friday Feb. 3, and 10 additional flights from Houston to Atlanta on Monday Feb. 6. That makes for a total of 14 Delta flights from Atlanta to Houston on Feb. 3 and 18 Delta flights from Houston to Atlanta on Feb. 6.

Delta is also adding additional flights from Boston, Hartford and Providence into Houston.
