The Atlanta airport will host its Taste of Hartsfield-Jackson event on Nov. 8 in the domestic terminal atrium.

At the event, which will be held in the pre-security area of the airport and open to the public, concessionaires will sell samples of their food. Tickets cost $15 for a book of 10 tasting tickets; each sample will cost one ticket. Proceeds will benefit nonprofit No Kid Hungry, according to the airport.

The event will run 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 8, with a chef competition at noon. An Atlanta-based band called Gritz and Jelly Butter will perform.
