Gucci Mane and Keyshia Ka’oir expecting second child together

Big congratulations are in order for the couple!

Atlanta based rapper Gucci Mane and his wife Keyshia Ka’oir took to social media to announce they are expecting their second child together. “Let’s Have Another Baby ICE Needs Somebody To Play With,” Ka’oir captioned a video on Instagram. Ice is the couple’s first child together, whom they welcomed in December 2020. The caption seems to be in reference to Gucci’s song “Mrs. Davis,” where Gucci raps, “Changed your name to Mrs. Davis, and our bond is super sacred / Let’s have another baby, Ice needs somebody to play with.”

The exciting video detailed some of the couple’s pregnancy journey so far, starting with Ka’oir walking into their bedroom with a positive pregnancy test to share the news with her husband. From there, we see Gucci with a huge smile on his face, clearly excited about the news.

Throughout the video, we see shots of Ka’oir getting an ultrasound during a doctor’s visit, and we even get an up-close look at her sonogram. We See Gucci close by with a huge grin on his face right before hearing the baby’s strong heartbeat.

We can clearly tell by the excitement on Gucci’s face throughout the video that he is super excited to be on dad duty again. When Ice was first born, Gucci expressed what it felt like to experience the newborn stage all over again. “It’s a great thing and I love it, but it’s definitely challenging to be a parent,” he said. “I always want my music to talk about what was going on in my life, and the most important thing in my life now is my son.” Both Gucci and Ka’oir have children from previous relationships – Gucci has a son and his wife has three additional children.

There is no word on the baby’s gender or the due date as of yet. What we do know is that Ice is celebrating his second birthday in December, and soon, he will have a brother or sister to keep him entertained.
