Isaias Ruiz Garcia, 19, of Jupiter, claimed a $2 million prize on Saturday afternoon at Country Corner Market & Deli, located on Central Boulevard in Jupiter.

"He’s a quiet man. He comes in here and plays every day. When I told him he won, he did not jump up and down. He just smiled," said the store manager.

Garcia won playing the Flamingo Multiplier scratch-off game. Tickets are $10.

Ruiz Garcia chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $1,510,000.

Country Corner will receive a $4,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket, according to Florida Lottery officials.
