Georgia State defeated Georgia Southern 72-55 on Saturday to repeat as Sun Belt Conference champ.

R.J. Hunter led the Panthers with 35 points. Ryan Harrow left the game with a mild hamstring injury.

With the win, the Panthers clinch the No. 1 seed in the Sun Belt Conference tournament, which begins next week in New Orleans.
