WATCH: Devastating Texas floods caught on video

Heavy rains continue in the central Texas region, causing widespread flooding. Austin's Auditorium Shores was overrun by waters from Lady Bird Lake, due in part to a high flow from Shoal Creek, which opens to the lake nearby.
