A team of storm chasers captured incredible video of a spinning supercell thunderstorm in Wyoming.

The Oklahoma-based team named Basehunters captured the video over the weekend and posted it to YouTube where it's been seen more than 3 million times in just two days.

The

defines supercells as 'a special kind of single cell thunderstorm that can persist for many hours.'The phenomenon are responsible for nearly all significant tornadoes in the U.S. and can produce hail the size of golf balls.
