Houston cab driver finds hawk in car taking refuge from storm

A taxi driver in storm-battered Houston found an unusual passenger in his car Saturday.

William Bruso found a Cooper's hawk in the passenger's seat of his cab. The bird looked a bit stunned and did not want to leave the car. Bruso recorded video of the bird, which was posted on Facebook.

While Harvey has been downgraded from a Category 4 hurricane to a tropical storm, the Houston area continues to be pummeled by heavy rains and high winds.
