Hope you didn’t let that weekend snowstorm earlier in December get your sights set on a white Christmas.

Forecasts continue to say no white stuff next Monday.

“Looks like another year of NO SNOW for Christmas,” Channel 2 Action News meteorologist Karen Minton said Thursday.

The latest forecasts show moisture will be pushed out of metro Atlanta before cold air arrives Christmas Day, Minton said.

Expect rain Saturday with highs in the upper 60s and even low 70s in some areas. The rain should end in the afternoon Christmas eve, with highs in the mid- to upper 50s.

“The mountains might see some wraparound flurries around midnight to 4 a.m. on Christmas Day, but not in metro Atlanta,” Minton said.

Christmas Day should bring clear skies with morning lows near freezing. Then there should be mostly sun with a high of 47.
