Look for some rain to start just after rush hour winds down, ending a week-long trend of sunny skies, forecasters say.

“We’re just going to look at some rain moving into the area … maybe a pop-up thunder shower,” Channel 2 Action News meteorologist Karen Minton said. “A little bit of a shower may start to pop in here about 10 or so this morning.”

  • 40 percent today with temperatures reaching 82 for the day
  • 60 percent Saturday with a high of 79 and a low of 62
  • 20 percent on Mother's Day with an 84-degree high
