Rain led to flooding in parts of Atlanta Monday night, but skies are expected to clear overnight, meteorologists say.

Tuesday will start out partly cloudy and dry, Channel 2 Action News meteorologist Brad Nitz said.

A stray shower or thunderstorm is possible as isolated rain chances in the afternoon are at 30 percent, Nitz said.

Tuesday’s high is 89 degrees with light and variable winds.
