The Hallmark Channel’s “Countdown to Christmas” is coming to Powder Springs’ Sleepy Hollow Farm through Nov. 27. and again from Dec. 3 through Dec. 4. for a special celebration beyond the screen.

“It’s time for Countdown to Christmas on Hallmark Channel with all new original holiday movie premieres every Friday, Saturday and Sunday throughout the holiday season,” the channel said in a press release. “For the second year in a row, Hallmark Channel is extending the celebration beyond the screen by bringing joy and delight to eight towns across the country. The network is partnering with Sleepy Hollow Farm to celebrate the start of the season with one-of-a-kind Hallmark Channel-branded festivities and fun. While on the hunt for the perfect Christmas tree, guests can also grab some holiday goodies and strike a pose for a festive photo op to commemorate Countdown to Christmas. In addition, randomly selected visitors will be gifted a free Christmas tree, courtesy of Hallmark Channel.”

The farm took to Instagram on Tuesday to announce the partnership, as well as Santa Claus’ upcoming visit.

“Santa Claus is coming to the farm,” the farm said on social media. “He will be here from 10-3pm, Saturday 11/26 and Sunday 11/27 come visit and take your own photos with Santa. Admission bracelets for the farm activities and photo sets are $8 per person, if you (are) not purchasing a tree. Bracelets are required in these areas.”

Admission bracelets are cash only.

Sleepy Hollow Farm’s Christmas tree season begins Nov. 19, with pre-cut Fraser Fir trees becoming available Nov. 20.

The farm will be open Tuesday through Friday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday through Sunday, the farm will be open 10 a.m. through 6 p.m. At $10 to $12 per foot, customers can cut their trees or purchase a pre-cut Fraser fir at $12 to $15 per foot.
