South by Southwest Interactive has disclosed where and what time President Barack Obama will speak Friday for a keynote presentation and is conducting a ticket drawing for Interactive, Gold and Platinum badgeholders. Winners of the drawing will be selected randomly, the festival said.

The President will speak at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Dell Hall at The Long Center. Doors will open at 11 a.m.

The drawing opened at 10 a.m. Tuesday. The festival plans to live stream the talk at sxsw.com/live and will simulcast the presentation in Ballrooms D, EFG and Room 18ABCD of the Austin Convention Center.

First Lady Michelle Obama is scheduled to speak as the opening keynote for SXSW Music on Wednesday, March 16.
