Typically, our Morning Tech Crawl gives you a sampling of interesting technology stories from outside our fair city.
But today, on the final full day of SXSW Interactive, we thought we’d remind you of a few of the day’s Interactive highlights, while you still have time to enjoy them:
One topic in President Barack Obama’s SXSW keynote was Apple’s battle against the FBI over device encryption. An Interactive panel Tuesday, “It’s Not About an iPhone,” will focus on the case and its implications for privacy and national security.
“Ugly Betty” star America Ferrera, SoulCycle co-founders Elizabeth Cutler and Julie Rice, and Headspace meditation app co-founder Andy Puddicombe are on Interactive schedule for Tuesday.
Interactive will wrap up with a closing party at Stubb’s featuring Big Boi, St. Lucia and a DJ set by Biz Markie starting at 8:30 p.m. However, the tech talk will continue with SXSW Gaming, starting Thursday, and a virtual reality/augmented reality track of panels Wednesday through Friday.

While much of the noise around virtual reality has been focused on its video gaming applications, an interesting piece at Polygon.com contends that the bigger issue is how VR will eventually change our workplaces.
