With Uber and Lyft pulling out of Austin, attention has turned to another startup offering ride-hailing services: Dallas-based Get Me.
Get Me says it will agree to Austin's new fingerprinting regulations and plans to expand its services here.
But there's a mystery surrounding the company: It won't identify its CEO.
There have been attempts to figure it out. Last year, the Austin Business Journal followed a paper trail of business registration statements that pointed to one man, David Hager. But at the time Get Me said Hager was no longer associated with the company.

Bagdonas says the smoking gun is this signature:
Does that really solve the mystery? Hard to say at this point. We haven't yet seen any response from Get Me to Bagdonas' blog post. So, stay tuned.
And here's an update:
Bagdonas has posted an update on his Medium post: "I read through a court document explaining David L. Hager had a medical issue preventing him from focusing on any company during the first half of last year. This makes me think that he may indeed no longer be the CEO of this company or at least is recovering until he can continue his day-to-day operational role."
