In the third season under coach Dan Quinn, the Atlanta Falcons need to win seven of their next eight games to be able to clinch a playoff berth, according to a report by MakeNFLplayoffs.com.

As of Week 10 of the regular season, the Falcons (4-4, 3-1) have a 27.4 percent chance of making the playoffs.

The reigning NFC South champions have lost four out of their last five games with the most recent game ending in a 20-17 loss to division rival, the Carolina Panthers.

The Falcons currently have a 10.5 percent chance of winning the NFC South for the second-consecutive year, according to makeNFLplayoffs.com.

Here are the Falcons’ playoff chances for every possible outcome of the regular season’s last eight games:

  • If the Falcons go 8-0, they have a 100 percent chance of making the playoffs. 1.00000
  • If the Falcons go 7-1, they have a 99.9 percent chance of making the playoffs.
  • If the Falcons go 6-2, they have a 97 percent chance of making the playoffs.
  • If the Falcons go 5-3, they have a 56.9 percent chance of making the playoffs.
  • If the Falcons go 4-4, they have a 32.4 percent chance of making the playoffs.
  • If the Falcons go 3-5, they have a 0.005 percent chance of making the playoffs.
  • If the Falcons go 2-6, they have no chance of making the playoffs.
  • If the Falcons go 1-7, they have no chance of making the playoffs.
  • If the Falcons go 0-8, they have no chance of making the playoffs.
