After Oakland Raiders running back Marshawn Lynch posted a video of himself doing sand drills at the beach, Atlanta Falcons’ cornerback Robert Alford and rookie Duke Riley decided to make their own video.

Alford posted the video of the two Falcons defenders catching tennis balls while working through the sand’s resistance on Wednesday.

After his workout with Alford, Riley got some extra work in with Falcons linebacker Deion Jones and Tampa Bay Buccaneers linebacker Kwon Alexander. Alexander posted a video of the tree defenders working out in the sand on Thursday.
