Watch: Alabama assistant coach destroy last year’s CFP runner-up trophy

Here’s one way to motivate your team.

In a video posted online Thursday, Alabama strength coach Scott Cochran shattered the Crimson Tide’s second-place trophy from last year’s College Football Playoff loss to Clemson. 

In the video with contains some coarse language, Cochran can be seen smashing the trophy on the group and then using a hammer to finish the job. 

Alabama avenged last year’s National Championship game loss to Clemson on Monday in the Sugar Bowl, 24-6.
