Although the Cleveland Cavalier went on to lose Game 3 of the 2018 NBA Finals to the Golden State Warriors, the Cavaliers were electrifying in the opening minutes.
One of the most memorable moments of Thursday’s game was James’ throwing an alley oop off the backboard to himself to put the Cavaliers up 12-4 with 9:45 left in the first quarter.
James finished Thursday’s 110-102 loss with 33 points, 10 rebounds and 11 assists in 47 minutes.
The Cavaliers trail the Warriors 3-0 and move on to host the Warriors at Quicken Loans Arena for Game 4 of what could be the final game of the 2018 NBA Finals.
Game 4 begins at 9 p.m. on Friday.
