President Donald Trump plans to attend the College Football Playoff National Championship Game Monday, Jan. 8, in Atlanta, according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Twitter immediately erupted after the news broke that the President would be in attendance.

The Georgia Bulldogs will take on the Alabama Crimson Tide in the championship game in Mercedes-Benz Stadium Monday, Jan. 8.
