Time change for Atlanta United in MLS playoffs

The second leg of the MLS Eastern Conference semifinal between Atlanta United and NYCFC on Sunday at Mercedes-Benz Stadium will start at 5:30 p.m. instead of the originally scheduled 5 p.m.

Atlanta United leads the series 1-0 after Eric Remedi’s goal in last week’s win at Yankee Stadium.

The winner will advance to the face the winner of the other semifinal between New York Red Bulls and Columbus.

It will be the second home playoff game in Atlanta United’s history. It lost to Columbus last year in the knockout round.

ESPN will broadcast the game.
