1. Falcons to play Buccaneers
The Atlanta Falcons will kick off against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Monday night at 8:30 p.m. at Tampa’s Raymond James Stadium. The game can be watched on ESPN.
2. Okogie reurns
Georgia Tech guard Josh Okogie made his seasons debut Sunday in a win over Florida A&M after missing time with a six-game suspension and a finger injury.
3. Braves trade Matt Kemp
Over the weekend, the Atlanta Braves traded Matt Kemp to the Los Angeles Dodgers for starting pitcher Brandon McCarthy and Scott Kazmir, infielder Charlie Culberson, first baseman Adrian Gonzalez and cash.
4. Georgia State wins first bow game
The Georgia State Panthers won their first ever bowl game on Saturday with a 27-17 win over Western Kentucky in the Cure Bowl at Orlando's Camping World Stadium.
5. Atlanta United welcomes Darlington Nagbe
