Here are a few things to know on Monday:

1. Braves lose to Rockies

The Atlanta Braves lost the season finale to the Colorado Rockies 4-3 on Sunday afternoon. The Braves start a four-game series at the Philadelphia Phillies at 7:05 p.m. on Monday.

2. Devonta Freeman to return to practice on Monday

Atlanta Falcons running back Devonta Freeman is expected to return to practice on Monday. Freeman was sent into concussion protocol after leaving practice on Aug. 13.

3. Braves' Lane Adams find new life with the Braves

One year after outfielder Lane Adams almost retired from baseball, he spoke with the AJC about finding new life with the Braves.

4. D. Orlando Ledbetter's Falcons report card

After a 24-14 loss to the Arizona Cardinals on Saturday, D. Orlando Ledbetter gives out grades to the Falcons' offense, defense, special teams and coaches.

5. Birds-eye view of Mercedes-Benz opening

The first game in Mercedes-Benz Stadium was held on Saturday. See the sights from the Falcons first game inside their new home on the AJC.com.
