Here’s five things to know on Wednesday:

1. Braves lose to Phillies

The Braves lost their second game against the Philadelphia Phillies 3-1 on Tuesday night. David O'Brien writes how pitcher Jamie Garcia received almost no run support during the loss. The Braves play the Phillies again from SunTrust Park on Wednesday night at 7:35 p.m.

D. Orlando Ledbetter recaps what happened on Tuesday in Flowery Branch. Cornerback Desmond Trufant returned to practice and Dan Quinn said he had spoken with free agent Dwight Freeney who has expressed interest in resigning with the Falcons.

3. Jarrett Allen has pre-draft workout with Hawks

Chris Vivlamore reports that Texas Longhorns' Jarrett Allen had a pre-draft workout with the Hawks on Monday. The Hawks have the 19th overall selection and two additional picks in the 2017 NBA Draft which begins on June 22. Allen has several more workouts with NBA teams before the Draft.

4. Colon put on 10-day disabled list

Braves manager Brian Snitker said pitcher Bartolo Colon is expected to return to the pitching rotation when he returns from the 10-day disabled list. Right handed pitcher Jason Hursh was called up after Colon was placed on the DL on Tuesday.

5. Georgia Tech 2018 recruiting class hits four members

After the first commitment from Peach County High School linebacker JaQuez Jackson verbally committed on Sunday night, three more recruits from Georgia committed to the Yellow Jackets. Thomasville safety Charlie Strong and Bogart lineman Harrison Jump announced their respective commitments on Monday afternoon. Newnan's P.J. Davis' silent commitment from January came to light on Monday as well. Ken Sugiura reports why Harris didn't announce his verbal commitment when he committed in January.
