Here’s a few things to know on Friday:

1. Braves beat Phillies, 3-1

With a 3-1 win over the Philadelphia Phillies on Thursday night, the Atlanta Braves split the four game series. Braves pitcher R.A. Dickey held the Phillies to one run in seven innings. The Braves begin a new series against the New York Mets over the weekend with a double-header on Saturday. The first game in the SunTrust Park series against the Mets begins at 7:35 pm. on Friday night.

2. NBA Final Game 4 tips off at 9:00

Game 4 of the 2017 NBA Finals could seal the Championship title for the Golden State Warriors. The Warriors, who lead 3-0 in the series against the reigning champions, stole Game 3 at Cleveland from the Cavaliers, 118-113. Broadcast information for Game 4 can be found on the AJC.com.

3. Atlanta United to play Chicago Fire

Atlanta United will face the Chicago Fire on Saturday from Chicago's Toyota Park. Doug Roberson interviewed Atlanta United's Jeff Larentowicz about returning to Chicago to play his former team. The game will tip off at 4 p.m. EST.

4. Steve Sarkisian reveals if he'll call plays from the sidelines or press box

For his entire career, Atlanta Falcons offensive coordinator Steve Sarkisian called plays from the sidelines. This week he revealed media if he plans to keep with that tradition in Atlanta.

5. Georgia Tech to face Northwestern in Big Ten, ACC Challenge

ESPN announced on Thursday the matchups for the Big Ten/ACC Challenge in late-November. The Yellow Jackets will play the Northwestern Wildcats over the three-day period. Dates and tipoff times will be announced at a later date.
