If it’s working, why change it?

I think Atlanta United (5-1-1) will go with the exact same lineup when its hosts Montreal (2-5-0) on Saturday at Mercedes-Benz Stadium that it used in last week’s 2-0 win against the Los Angeles.

Goalkeeper: Brad Guzan, who has three shutouts this season.

Right wingback: Julian Gressel, at the position for the seventh consecutive game.

Centerback: Chris McCann, for the third consecutive game.

Centerback: Michael Parkhurst, the team’s captain.

Centerback: Leandro Gonzalez Pirez.

Left wingback: Greg Garza.

Holding midfielder: Jeff Larentowicz., who is showing no signs of slowing down despite the immense volume of twitter noise that says he will.

Midfielder: Darlington Nagbe, who looked great again last week.

Attacking midfielder: Miguel Almiron, who scored a goal on a penalty kick last week.

Striker: Ezequiel Barco, who looked sharp last week in his first start.

Striker: Josef Martinez, who has six goals in seven games.
