NFL Network analyst projects Roquan Smith in top 10 NFL Draft picks

NFL Network analyst Brian Billick projects Roquan Smith as the No. 8 overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft.

In his latest top 10, Billick has Smith in Chicago.

However, Billick has the Browns taking former Penn State running back Saquon Barkley first overall then drafting quarterback Josh Rosen fourth overall.

The 2018 NFL Draft begins Thursday at 8 p.m.
