A Georgia player was in the top ten of the Heisman voting.

Georgia linebacker Roquan Smith received three first place votes -- the seventh highest first place votes -- for the Heisman Trophy.

Smith and the Bulldogs travel to Pasadena to play the 2017 Heisman Trophy winner Baker Mayfield and the Oklahoma Sooners in the Rose Bowl on New Year’s Day.
