Kennesaw State’s Brian Bohannon named AFCA FCS Coach of the Year

Kennesaw State football coach Brian Bohannon was named 2017 AFCA FCS Coach of the Year Tuesday at the American Football Coaches Awards.
Bohannon, in his third year with the Owls, finished the 2017 season 12-2 at the top of the Big South Conference and made it to quarterfinals of the FCS Playoffs.
The Owls lost to Sam Houston State 34-27 on Dec. 9.
